SYNOPSIS OF MINUTES
The Regular Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m 11 October 2010 and opened with the Pledge to the Flag. Present were Supervisor Unterbrink, Clerk Bareis, Treasurer Havens and Trustee Laier. Absent, Trustee McKenzie. Also present several residents and guests.
Motion by Unterbrink supported by Laier to amend the Agenda to add under New Business, St. Vladimir’s request for a Minor Amendment to the Site Plan, and Medical Marijuana. Motion carried.
Motion by Laier supported by Havens to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 13, 2010 and the Work Session of September 20, 2010. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Report was received.
Motion by Laier supported by Bareis to reschedule a work session which had been scheduled for September 20, 2010 to review the SDI Report regarding structural condition of the Lima Township Hall, to Monday, October 25, 2010, at 8:00 a.m.
Motion carried.
Motion by Bareis supported by Laier to approve Application 10-006 minor change to the Special Use Site Plan of St. Vladimir Church, because the proposed change does not alter the basic design or intent of the approved site plan, or the conditions of the Special Use Permit, previously approved. Reference Section 7.19, B.2 of the
Motion by Bareis supported by Laier to approve the Proposal/Agreement and Specifications, submitted by Renius and Renius, for assessing services for the years November 15, 2010 through November 14, 2013, with the request that Item I in the contract be amended so that Renius and Renius provide a minimum of a Level III Assessor. Motion carried.
Motion by Laier supported by Havens to table the proposed Receptionist Job Description to the work session/special meeting, on October 25, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. Motion carried.
Motion by Bareis supported by Havens to table the proposed Administration Committee Policy to the work session/special meeting on October 25, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. Motion carried.
Motion by Bareis supported by Laier that the Clerk and the Treasurer look into obtaining a secure lock bock. Motion carried.
Motion by Laier supported by Havens to pay bills as presented and any others as may be required. Motion carried.
Motion by Laier supported by Havens to adjourn at 8:50 p.m. Motion carried.
