SYNOPSIS OF MINUTES
JULY 12, 2010
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. and opened with the Pledge to The Flag. Present were Supervisor Unterbrink, Clerk Bareis, Treasurer Havens, Trustees McKenzie and Laier. Also present several residents and guests.
Motion by McKenzie supported by Havens to approve the Agenda as printed. Motion carried.
Motion by Laier supported by McKenzie to approve as printed, the minutes of June 14, 2010 Regular Meeting and the July 5, 2010 Special Meeting/Work Session. Motion carried.
The Treasurer’s report was received.
Motion by McKenzie supported by Laier to table any action on the SDI field report assessment of the Lima Township Hall, and set a work session in September, after the bridge and road surveys are in. Motion carried.
Motion by McKenzie supported by Laier to table any action on the bridge and road township funding issues until September. Motion carried.
Motion by McKenzie supported by Havens regarding the letter from the Washtenaw County Road Commission for Capital Improvements, to submit the same projects as last year, with the addition of the newly closed bridges as referred to in the Washtenaw County Road Commission letter dated May 19, 2010. Motion carried.
Motion by McKenzie supported by Laier to reconvene the issue of
The following Resolution 2010-07 was offered by Unterbrink supported by McKenzie:

Motion by Laier supported by McKenzie to table any action on application 10-003, to create a Village Commercial Zoning Classification for revised information on Village Commercial. Motion carried.
Motion by Unterbrink supported by McKenzie to table the Peddler or Peddler’s Helper License for information from the Zoning Administrator, how the program could be implemented and enforced. Motion carried.
Motion by Laier supported by McKenzie to pay the bills as presented, plus any others as required. Motion carried.
Motion by Laier supported by Havens to adjourn at 8:25 p.m. Motion carried.
